The DVD contains explanatory videos where I impart all the experience and knowledge I gained on the professional tour in my role as physical trainer to Guillermo Coria in the 2004 season, this being without a doubt the most successful period of his career to date. It includes exercises that work on the following: warm-ups, reaction times, acceleration speed, agility, dexterity, footwork, and techniques specific to tennis, such as explosive strength and flexibility.
